This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the Artist and the Client for the commission of an artwork ("Work"). By commissioning the Artist.

By commissioning artwork from MelonArts, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Once it is finished I will send you the requested files via Document.

I will always be able to post wips and previews of your commission; if you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process (for example if you are a Vtuber and want me to keep assets private until your debut).

A fee will be applied for the privacy request, this is because I lose out on my chance to display my current skills for potential customers.

Work completion requires 2 weeks minimum, and may take up to 2 months depending on each project.

Timeline depends on commission type, complexity, and workload.

If there are any delays and adjustments to timeline, the Artist will inform the Client.

I will give you an estimated delivery time, but it can be variable due to workload and personal life, accidents, illnesses etc.

Communication channels may include Discord or Twitter private messages.

Once Work has begun or payments have been made, the Client acknowledges Work and deliverables are digital and there are no physically shipped goods to receive.

I reserve the right to charge more if I deem fit, depending on the complexity of your request.

Payment with Paypal or any 3D Secured Card(invoice).

I will cover the PayPal fees.

All the prices will be calculated in dollars ($) when I will send the invoice.

If you plan to commission further outfits in the future and want the base of the body clean, you will need to specify this first and pay for it (it will be a base body customized with your character features).

Paying for the invoice means the commissioner acknowledge and accepts these terms and conditions.

Payment plans are accepted only if the amount is substantial or to hold a spot, paying the half.

Client may request for payment plans as long as at least 30% of the payment is done.

The sum of each instalment as well as the time period will be discussed and documented beforehand.

You are expected to continuously pay said instalments without being reminded until everything of the total sum is covered.

The work will be delivered only after the final payment/ second half.

If we agree on a payment plan (of any kind, even half/half), after the first deposit has been done, I will not refund your said deposit if you back out of the Payment Plan, for any reasons at all or if you wanna delete the commission.

No refunds are possible after work begins unless initiated by the Artist.

Client warrants they will not issue chargebacks and the refund policy mentioned below will be followed.

No refunds or chargeback to my Account possible, also applies to deposit (that you will loose) or payment plans.
